I walked into his location hoping to grab a quick coffee upon walking in there was two employees that seen me walk in and not one even one acknowledged me. After about five minutes of me standing there one of them said I?ll give me a minute and I?ll bewith you. Another few minutes happen to go by and the employee decides to start taking a drive-through order instead of helpingme. So I asked kindly if she could get me a medium regular coffee when she?s done. Always go here and it's usually always amazing service! Recently though me and my friend have been having trouble with our orders being right, and it's always this one lady that takes the orders over the intercom. She never relays the orders back and earlier today when we ordered and repeated it back to her several times and it still wasn't correct, we were met with hostility and the girl gave us a lot of attitude. I usually never leave bad reviews but the one woman was very rude and when we told her the issue, she gave us an even bigger attitude and more condescending words, we had to go back to our house and fix the drinks that we paid for, ourselves. I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there’s a delay picking up my order that’s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. And today was the pinnacle, lost ticket other people picking up my bag of food, me having no clue that it’s even mine because the receipts are just thrown on the counter in view of the employees only, and the person who I addressed about my missing coffee was very rude, and out of spite put not ice in my large ice coffee. I was not rude either.

This location consistently gets my orders wrong. I initially thought it was just a one-time mistake, but every time I give them another chance, they disappoint me! I’ve decided to just go to the one in Wilton, as they always get it right.
This location keeps getting my order wrong at the drive through, such as missing one of two items or substituting an iced coffee for a regular coffee. They do quickly turn it around at the window though.
This Dunkin' Donuts location has fantastic customer service. The young woman at the drive-thru in the morning is incredibly friendly and quick. The Main Avenue location has become my favorite spot!
Waiting in line for over 20 minutes but I'm still gonna hold my ground, The guy at the window is really nice seems like they need more employees
