In the drive through at 824 pm. Sat there 7 minutes. Lobby closed, cars in the lot, people inside. Called.....no answer. Called at 850....no answer. Ran an errand came back. Drive thru at 918.....sat there (all light on cars in lot) 16 minutes. Pulled around and parked. Called 6 times. FINALLY gentleman answers. One of our closers didn 't show up so we had to close early because it woukd only leave one person here. Oh okay, by the way what time are you closing tonight? 1000 It was 9:45...I kind of really do understand that. 15 minutes before close....no worries. ....but my initial contact was at 8:24...That I don 't understand. edit: at a second visit everyone was very friendly. they forgot a sandwich and gave it to us very quickly, and when my sister didn't like her coffee, they replaced it for free. it must have been another layer because the teenagers/boys who worked there at this time were very friendly and worked efficiently. much better. I just want to show you two. the hired were very, very rude for me and my family, because apparently no reason. when they faced their rude attitudes, they doubled and laughed over us and became more rude. the manager/maintainer was not helpful and probably even more rude because of their arrogant and condesctive attitude. on their terrible settings and bad customer service th...

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. We waited 45 minutes in the drive through, where you can't turn around. The service was awful. We ordered a medium tea light and sweet, and a medium coffee, light and sweet, a plain bagel , nothing on it and 2 donuts. Well after waiting that long, they gave us 2 coffees, which were cold, not even the tea that we ordered. The bagel was burnt and old. They are rude and act like they don't want to work. I will never ever go there again and I will keep telling people not to go there. Pathetic.

I just went to dunking donuts in vernon nj and the female that was working drive thru was unprofessional a d no manners when I gave her 3 dollars in change didn't say thank I apologize for the change no answer at all I said thank you at end no response..very unprofessional..today is 4/3/2022 and it's 2:35 in a beautiful Saturday afternoon and someone has to act like that..she got the wrong job..for that attitude and so young ..its a shame.

I think the worse DD ever. More than once put my online order, it supposed to be faster. Went after 15 minutes and nothing was ready. I asked for a simple iced latte. I had to wait inside the store for 10 more minutes and the kids/workers were talking and joking each other. There should be a better management. Don't even bother to go, bring your money somewhere else

this is my third experience with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Not only did they get my order wrong for my latte, I corrected it at the window because of my previous experience. And the line was so long at that point I just took what they gave me to discover it was still wrong. Again third time route 94 drive-through

this morning for me and the breakfast of my man. many thanks to the man in the pick-up car in front of us who has paid for our order! so a pleasant surprise and a great opportunity to start a Friday! we left it on the car behind us! many thanks again nice stranger!

As far as Dunkin' Donuts goes, this location is pretty much like any other. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap with a hash brown, while my brother had a turkey sausage option. I also had an ice cream that was completely melted.

This dunkin is notorious for being the worst in sussex county because it’s run by a bunch of high schoolers who are too lazy to do their jobs and purposely locked the doors on us over a half hour before they closed

Frann/Frenny is our favorite she gives you that they have a great day. always cheerful and friendly. She'll do better tomorrow.
