Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I've been going to this dunkin for my morning coffee for the last couple of weeks and everytime there is an issue. Whether it be the employees are too busy talking to take orders, they get the order completed incorrect because they on not focused on whatthey're doing or getting handed a broken cup that covers me in scalding coffed upon my first sip and then getting it remade andhaving it be wrong. Workers seem like they're treated well but that doesn't make for good service considering no one in thereseems to care for their job or the product they are providing.

I just just warned the ride thru and asked for a hot carmel macciato with extra caramel and extra shot. not only the girl gave me an ice cream, it wasn't even right. I specifically asked for a hot coffee, as it is 29 degrees. on my breakfast sourded sandwich I asked for extra speck. and the sandwich it was cold, it didn't even have speck on it. I've ever seen. - I did it. if that was my business, I would be very upset as they lose definitiw customers to the mcdonald’s down the block.

went to this location back in May, there was a fly inside my son's avocado toast, when I reached out to corporate I was given the run around and redirected to store manager. Store manager blamed it on the avocado company they receive their spread from.They said I would receive a refund in the mail, still have not received. Have reached back out as I didn't receive anything andstill have not heard back from anyone. Have not and will not return to Dunkin after this experience

the worst of the chain! ask for winter mix or midnight mix and they tell me they don't have it. that's after I paid. the reason I find out is that they don't want to sell much and don't want to do it. remind me of my app by dunkin ask me both to try. lazy, incompetent and always faulty personal. drive on this place to dunkin, around 7020 where the service is better, and they just brewed a winter mix. no mistake or annoying. daddy dave says thumb on lyons dd. Lisa came up to my window all of my microphone and she gave me the wrong item ask her to give me a new call because she put the fingers in my cup and she still refused to give me a new call after a while she decided to give me the right cup without wasting my time going back-and-forth asking ultimate members about the situation and about the cup this is unsatisfied and I'm not proud satisfied and an appropriate customer service

bad customer service, they take forever to take their order and the coffee is terrible that they either don't add enough sugar or sometimes like today, they add extra sugar, my coffee lately was terrible but I give them chance. it is so annoying to get her coffee and his extra sweet. they need to improve customer service and better to make the coffee. the personal is so slow

Stop! I am no longer going to this place! employees are rudely consistently screwing my order then they try to tell me my order is right! all of the lie about the addition of mocha or turbo shots to not just bacon avocado toast directly then argue again that I order wrong. I've gone to this place for six years, now I'm going out of the way to give my business elsewhere.

The mocha cappuccino blast had WAY TOO MUCH mocha drizzle in the cup and then more on top, plus it was watery/ thin when it's ment to be like a shake! Reserva una mesa ahora

Hazelnut cream no sugar. Sounds simple? Sometimes you just can't get it right. ???? Breakfast sandwich with basil is Amazing!
