Rating: 0. As a loyal customer who has been visiting Dunkin' every day, twice a day, for years and has given this location numerous chances, I need to express my disappointment. Since the new management took over about 1-2 years ago, this Dunkin' has become the worst in both Harford and Cecil County. It's unfortunate to say this because it used to be my absolute favorite with the previous owners and staff. However, the quality has seriously declined!
The iced coffee is consistently watered down, to the point where it's obvious and translucent. The donuts are frequently stale and hard. Additionally, the male employee—possibly the owner—who works in the mornings is quite rude and lacks basic...
Horrible service because management is too lazy to serve food so her hood self completely shuts all food orders down. If you want a great Dunkin experience turn around from this store. It's changed the entire outlook in the community of this managers behavior of this franchise. This company is suffering bc of her but especially the customer's. When will they replace the hood rat with some class and show more respect to our community and fellow employees!! She talks down and yells at them daily with an aggressive attitude and her sense of entitlement is repulsive.... Loose your trashy management and watch your business prosper unless your okay with no morals or standards..
Customer service was horrible. It was a very long wait to place my order with more than 4 employees on hand. I finally get to the courter to place my order. The employee's name on the receipt is, Kiren, employee #244923 There was no greeting from the cashier, which I believe was the manager. He never even acknowledges me being there. He never said anything to me at all to be honest. Even after I greeted him. I will never come back to this location again. I did not feel valued as a customer.
Ordered my iced matcha latte paid for almond milk and I saw him grab the whole milk carton thst was empty to the back room and not thinking it was for my latte and yup he put whole milk in there. It is my fault for not tasting it before hand but I was running late to work. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Absolutely disgusted and ruined my morning all I wanted was a ice coffe and they didn’t change or clean anything my coffe u usually order taste sweet I order the same thing as always and today it was bitter ash have some decency someone is drinking that you wouldn’t want your coffee like that
The only Dunkin to charge .95 cent for extra liquid sugar. I buy Dunkin atleast 3 times a day and for the guy to charge me that at that location was Rediculious and wanted to tell me that all Dunkin donuts do it, and I know for a fact! That they don't!!! Never will go back!
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. The gentleman working in the morning provides terrible customer service and frequently gets the orders wrong. I will not be returning to this location! They need to let him go!
I was charged $1.00 for having less ice in my coffee, which I prefer. The staff was rude to other customers too. Additionally, the coffee had a sour taste. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

Everyone says they have bad people. Whenever i go, i have this very kind man who gives extra drizzle on my frozen chocolate. One time gave me free donuts and munchkins too.
The people are nice, but the donuts aren't.A glazed donut should have glaze all over it.Not a spot her and there.
