I visited this morning with my sisters, and we encountered unresponsive, rude, and inattentive staff. We ordered bagels and waited for 20 minutes. During our wait, a man walked in and ordered a single bagel. However, the employee mistakenly gave him our order instead. When the man tried to point out the error, he was ignored, and he ended up leaving with our bagels.
When we attempted to speak with the staff about it, we were also disregarded.

I feel uneasy every time I visit this restaurant. The staff often come across as unfriendly over small issues, giving unpleasant looks and appearing generally unhappy. I've specifically noticed that the Indian staff tend to be especially quick to respond negatively, which is disheartening but unfortunately accurate. It might be worth considering a complete team overhaul, as the negative atmosphere is palpable as soon as you enter.
I ordered two coffees and two donuts, specifically asking for the coffee to be made lukewarm since I have a tendency to burn my mouth. I also requested ice in my coffee and was charged for it. Unfortunately, the coffee ended up being too hot, and the donuts tasted stale. I won’t be visiting this restaurant again.
Here Easter Sunday, 4.20.19 to break away from cooking and washing. The young woman who took my order was very happy and outraged. That was a big plus. It was Easter Sunday and served with a smile! My coffee and Boston cream donut were very good. I enjoyed my coffee break here.

I’m changing my rating to 1 star because the coffee has been really disappointing lately. It’s overpriced, and the service takes too long. There are much better places to get coffee.
Linden dunkin donuts is 2 expensive. I've been to other shop locations and never been over charged 4 a sandwich and coffee. Service was good but your prices are 2 high.
I ordered pumpkin doughnuts, but I didn’t realize until I got home that they had given me chocolate doughnuts instead.
I love this place. Clean and professional. I always order the caramel-crease signature latte. They make it perfection

The coffee in the morning is always fresh, just like the service, which is consistently clean.
Staff was nice and service was good. I don't know if it's regularly busy or not.
