Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

The woman at the counter was extremely rude and her behavior was quite off-putting. We were seated, and I ordered the Bagel Bits, which are supposed to come in a set of two according to the menu. However, she was still annoyed that I didn’t notice the small print she pointed out in a rather impolite manner. When the Bagel Bits arrived, they were cold, so I asked for them to be heated up as she continued to glare at me. After this experience, I will not be coming back, which is disappointing since I usually enjoy bringing my grandchildren here for breakfast. It's clear that the negativity and rudeness need to be addressed.

Zoe is the best employee of this whole generation, she is nice, fast and thoughtful in her service. She puts icons like JFK to shame and I really think should be the example for the perfect American citizen. And that's why this is the best dunkin. We love you Zoe, can't expect you to get the Nobel Prize! Update: Zoe is still amazing and we can't wait to see that you solve the energy and fuel crisis, bend to your new Lord and Savior People!

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. I ordered a mangonada, but they didn’t even mention that they were out of chamoy, which is the main ingredient. Instead, I was given a mango shake with just a sprinkle of Tajín. When I inquired about the lack of chamoy, I got a dismissive response. To top it off, the staff's attitudes left much to be desired. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Avoid this place if you can!

This are the rudest employees I've ever seen at a drive thur then had to go in because ordered a large coffee then no straw so had to go in and did another order and both employees still rude Andrea and Arianna so if you don't want to be there get another job really rude and they take everyone else's order while your still waiting for yours when you got there before the restParking: Not enough Reserva una mesa ahora

I tried the peach chocolate drink for the first time today, and I must say it was quite delightful. I expected it to taste like a watered-down fruit milk, but it turned out to be much better than that, and I really enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. I love my Dunkin drinks!

We visited on Wednesday night, and it wasn't very busy. We were greeted right away with friendly service. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, though the garbage bins were quite full. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen in East Peoria! We'll definitely be back.

This was just the worst experience. The customer service was nonexistent, and I waited 7 minutes for Munchkins. I was told it was because "the special gloves make them slow to prepare." If you were wondering, that's the reason for the delay.

Girl's always act like they don't know what they're doing when you go inside. Can never answer any question when I go in. Drive-thru is your best bet.Food: 4/5

Andrea assisted me this morning! I needed 16 dozen donuts on short notice, and she delivered! I highly recommend this place!
