i would never provide a negative review to any small business .. most of the time service is great when certain people are working but when they are not the drive through can be brutally slow. i wish i knew the name of the top people that are usually there in the am during the week .. they deserve praise! sometimes coffee is not hot enough.. that could be an improvement.

Today was my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always good and the employees are always very friendly. Today when I pulled up to the ordering station an employee SANG “Good morning, good morning, good morning, I hope you’re feeling fine!” that never happens! Definitely brightened my morning! Thank you!

I use this DD drive thru 5 days a week during my lunch break. They are the best in all of the Freehold, Jackson and Howell area. Service is fast, and orders are accurate. The employees I interact with are always smiling and friendly. Owner/manager at this location is doing it right.

How may times is this location going to mess up an order if ive been to this location 30 times 20 of those times the order was incorrect, this location needs to get under new management Update 15 mins later? workers gave us another incorrect order Thislocation needs 0 stars

Service is terrible, price gouging in progress, ordered a sandwitch with cheese and sausage got no cheese no sausage... people working there either lazy, or blind... or don't pay attention... make sure to check what u get...
