Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

The service over the last couple of years has dramatically declined. I ordered to frozen coffees today that were watery and discolored, when I returned the drinks I was met with very rude and nasty responses when asking for a refund. Eventually my card was snatched from my hand by the associate conducting the refund and when I requested the name of the individual and the name of the manager the young lady at the window refused to give me the information. From the nasty customer service to receiving stale and burned food I will never return to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Two small frozen coffees full of basically nothing but ice and four SUPER stale doughnuts. Grand total 14.00 . That's fantastic!! Keep stealing everyone's money dunkin and providing the lowest quality food you possibly can. Will never go to anydunkin until these prices are halved!!

Everytime I go my coffee tastes sour, it is never good. I?m not sure who wants to eat a bagel like this and when I asked for more cream cheese they told me it would be an extra $2. Dunkin at its finest.
