Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. Naturally, it was a last-minute decision, which tends to be my style. The manager, Mike, seemed a bit hesitant about fulfilling my cake request, as I was clearly asking for a favor. However, I could see that he genuinely wanted to help, never once complaining or saying no. Instead, he took the time to discuss various cake options that he could manage before the party tomorrow. I really want to give him a huge shoutout for being so gracious, kind, and accommodating. Mike is a wonderful person and a true professional who goes above and beyond for his customers. I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered avocado toast, but when it arrived, the avocado had fallen on the table of the woman who prepared it. She picked it up and put it on my toast, which was quite unsanitary, especially with flies also buzzing around!

dunkin worst donuts ever. they have loaded extra for less ice option on ice cream. I've never seen this attack in another dunkin.
