Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Did a pick up pre-order. Inside was closed and they were making everyone use the drive thru. The line was down the street because of this. I was in a rush, but had already paid for the order online. If you cannot do inside pickup, disable it on the app. Then to top it off, the order was wrong and I had to wait while they fixed it.

It's hard to beat Dunkin', and this is a good one. It was a road trip for me so a quick stop at a place I had not visited in the past. With Dunkin' you know what to expect and I appreciate their service. Even towards the end of the day, the donuts always seem to be fresh and tasty. I'm not a coffee fan but I know I can get tea.

I waited in the drive thru for a while before anyone acknowledged me and there was no one else in line. I went to order and they refused to make any food because someone before me placed a big online order. I've had multiple problems at this location and this is the final straw. Not going back.

Horrendous! The woman working the drive through at 12:30 on 6/15 was SO RUDE waited 20 minutes in the line for ONE COFFEE no apology no eye contact RUDE! I would have left but I was trapped in the line. I don't even trust this ice coffee isn't tampered with!

I would give this place zero stars but I have to give them 1... the service was awful. The bathrooms are disgusting, no toilet paper and when asked for some told they were busy.
