I visited this establishment and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Ranjanben Pa. I requested a refund or an exchange for a donut that had been sitting out since the morning; it was stale and hard to bite into, and by that time it was already 6:30 PM. Instead of addressing my concern, she insulted me in front of another customer, saying that she would neither refund my money nor provide an exchange. She curtly told me that if I didn't like the donut, I could just throw it away. I drove eight minutes to this Dunkin' because all the other shops were out of old-fashioned donuts, only to be treated with such disrespect.

Instead, she said that if I didn’t like it, they would simply throw it away. I had driven eight minutes to this Dunkin’ because I had a preference for the old-fashioned donuts from this place.

It?s unfair that they staff people in the afternoons alone and don?t allow them to take tips. For the person that complained about the employee complaining let me guess you never worked in food service. The person was alone and she was still beingfriendly towards all of the customers and I was behind you, you definitely didn?t wait 40 minutes. The people before ordered 10sandwiches and 5 drinks and I could tell the employee was stressed out.

I stopped by this place to grab a coffee, but the lady working there was quite rude and pressured me into buying more than just coffee. I went along with it, but afterward, while I was in the parking lot planning my trip, she came outside speaking another language and waved me away with her hands as if I were some sort of stray animal. This place is perfect if you're just in the mood for a snack and don’t mind well-known brands. I always prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks; at least Dunkin's coffee doesn't taste burnt. Plus, you won't have to spend all your money for just a cup of coffee. If I were in a different city, I'd seek out a local donut shop, but not here.

I really enjoyed the service at this restaurant. I was in and out quickly, and the coffee and donuts were fresh with no issues at all. I would definitely return. Everything remained consistent—great service and fresh food and coffee. I'm looking forward to coming back, and I highly recommend that you do too!

The offerings at this Dunkin' Donuts location are largely consistent with those at other branches. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The store was clean and had seating for around 12 customers. Conveniently situated at the intersection of Rand Rd. and Miner St., it's easy to get in and out.

This place serves the most delicious coffee. Every time I order it, it's expertly prepared and so tasty. I highly recommend it!

The new maple bacon croissant sandwich with egg and cheese is delicious. Fresh coffee. Tasty hash browns.
