Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Came in today to sit and have coffee with my mom and sister. My sister is Autistic. She needed to use the restroom so I went up and asked for the key. The cashier tells me that someone lost the key for the women's bathroom, but if were ok using the men's bathroom, we could. We didn't care so he gave us the men's bathroom key and I let my sister in. Not even 2 minutes later I hear my sister yelling and freaking out, I run over and see a man standing there with the door open while she's doing her business. Turns out that same cashier gave someone else a key to the men's bathroom even though he had JUST given one to us. When I called him out, he just stared at us and didn't say anything. That was so embarrassing and degrading for my sister to be walked in on like that. And the employees didn't say or do anything about it. Shame on you all.

my service was not on the expectations. had to wait for the bagels since they were forgotten/missed by my order. coffee became cold and the personal did not pay attention, even though I informed them that my coffee will not even offer cold to warm it up. last time, it's going to this place.

Friendly service and my Iced coffee was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was fresh. I was extremely satisfied, i wish the dunkin by my house was this good. Will definitely come back to this location when I am in the area. Keep up the great job, with fresh coffee.

Often runs out of donut varieties. The breakfast sandwiches are of gas station quality, probably some of the worse I've eaten. The donuts are decent tasting if you're lucky enough to get the one you're looking for.

Sign/flag that says 24/7, and closed at 9pm!!! How pathetic do you have to be to not at least take the sign down!?
