Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I want to offer my greatest thanks to this Dunkin Donut location. I did not have a vehicle. However, I chose to walk over a mile for a cup of your hot coffee. Actually I rolled to this location. I am recovering from foot surgery and use a knee rover, as Iam not able to bear weight on my foot. When I arrived, the lobby was closed, due to a staffing shortage. A helpful employeenoticed me, opened the door, welcomed me in, and took my order. You may think I?m making much over a satisfying cup of coffee.There is more to this. In a community where choices are abundant , I chose your business. Your gesture of providing serviceabove and beyond was amazing.You have earned my business. Simple!

Disappointing poor customer service- good coffee. I ordered iced coffee w extra almond milk, got to the window and it was hot coffee- everyone makes mistakes that's okay. They then made me iced coffee w hardly any almond milk. I asked and reminded them that I ordered it (and paid extra) w extra almond milk. The very rude lady cashier complained right in front of me to the person making my iced coffee. Please don't be rude to customers ms lady cashier at 10 am 7/17. We're all just trying to make it these days.

I love the icy brew with sweet cold foam. The waiting time can be too long. Many times I can't stop and get one because I never know how long it will take. It would be nice to get one if I want one instead of waiting for 30 minutes. Please fix that. Many customers feel the same.

this is the best dunkin in the larger Indy region. the staff is always efficient and helpful. go out and support these local landlord dunkin! the best way to access the load is to come from 116th!

Apparently large iced coffees come as hot when they feel like it. How can you miss your own giant sticker saying ICED COFFEE? Come on people let?s get it together. ??????????????????????
