I love their coffee. They have sugar free flavors and sweeteners, a variety of dairy and non dairy alternatives, and cold foam options. I usually order through the app ahead of time since I make custom drinks. It's my go to for breakfast avocado toast and avocado toast with roasted tomatoes are my favorites. Their donuts aren't overly sweet, which I actually prefer. I was so glad when they finally put a Dunkin Donuts in Goldsboro!
Found hair in my muffin sandwich. Called was told no problem they would remake. B told them I had an appt she had to get somewhere quickly. I got all the way back it wasn't made, the people I talked to didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and half the staff had attitude and kept looking at me like I had done something offensive. Was not very pleased with this visit though I do typically enjoy going there
Waited behind the same car for a good 6 minutes and then got handed the wrong order but didn’t have time to turn around and ask for what i ordered to be made, because i had to be at work. Sad : there wasn’t even a sticker on the cup of coffee identifying what it was.. they just handed me something after charging my card.
I have a lotta love for my Dunkin because it's the only one in my area! They do get busy sometimes but I figure it's worth the wait and I'm always pleased when I leave. If you live in Goldsboro and like Dunkin this would be the closest option nearby. 2 stars for bad customer service there were too many times they messed up my order or never gave me what I asked or they don’t listen over the intercom.
On a snowy day, I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff members were smiling! The service was fantastic, and the young ladies working there were exceptional.
You can always count on the coffee, bagels, and donuts here—they're all delicious. My only issue has been that the person taking drive-thru orders sometimes seems a bit irritated to have customers.
I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts! They are far superior to Krispy Kreme, in my opinion. My favorite flavor is the maple donut. The service is consistently excellent as well! Reserva una mesa ahora
