Worst dunkin you can ever go to or order from. They complain when they're wrong which they have been wrong everytime I had an issue with my orders. Just ordered online and I guess because I used my reward and got charged for cold foam, they decided notto put it on my coffee and charge me for it...rather go up the street to the next dunkin donuts way better service and alwaysmakes amends for their mistakes...I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn't happen so often that a regular customer likemyself would complain and write a review for the first time.....either get better employees or guide them to a successful pathfor everyone
Absolutely disgusting inside dirty, slippery, greasy, etc.The staff talk to each other excitedly when serving the food getting the donuts, scooping the ice cream, etc. and they’re not wearing masks. If they are, they’re not wearing it appropriately. Then they’re not sanitizing nor Washington their hand in between food services and cashier service. If they’re wearing gloves, the gloves are dirty. It is absolutely terrible at this store. Where is the trainings, supervision, etc.?! UNSANITARY DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered a vanilla-flavored coffee, and when I got to the pick-up counter, the employee asked me if I wanted 3 or 4 pumps of syrup. I had never encountered that before, so I didn't realize I needed to specify how many pumps I wanted. The employee mentioned that she hadn't told me how many I wanted. I took my coffee and left.

My son loves coming here! The staff are always so kid friendly and welcoming. The donuts haven’t been stale when I get them so thats also a great point to add. I never get food here because it always taste gross, but if you stick to donuts, bagels and coffee you can’t go wrong.Thank you guys for being wonderful
horrible customer service . the workers need to be replaced to be very honest . i cant understand what exactly be wrong with some people . treat people how you would want to be treated . if you dont want a certain job , maybe dont work there .. ? itsa million ways to get it nowadays .
I ordered a bacon, egg, and plain bagel without cheese, but I received it with cheese instead. I also ordered a sausage sourdough, but they gave me a bacon sourdough instead. Please make sure to double-check the orders for accuracy.
Everytime I make my order in store or through the app, this location can't seem to get right. My food was not made correctly. I will be going to the other D.D. down the street from now on!

I ordered a half dozen donuts, but they were all staleness. They tasted like they had been sitting out for at least a week.
