I used to go to this dunkin a lot as the younger staffs always being friendly and speedy. But lately, everytime i went there, it was this older, grumpy woman at the cashier and i think she could be the supervisor or the manager. Today, I walked in andshe was finishing up with a customer. After she was done with him, she told me to wait. After about 45sec to a min, acustomer walked in and jumped in front of me telling her that she gave her the wrong donuts. Cashier/Manager/Supervisor startedto argue with her, strongly and rudely denied she made the mistake, and the customer finally gave up and paid for what sheoriginally wanted. Great dunks when it comes to coffee. It is the local hangout for panhandlers, which is OK, but they make eye contact and I always drive away with a sense of guilt I didn't have pulling in. Sometimes the guilt comes from not giving up my change,sometimes it comes from watching my change be exchanged for hugs with a D, and an R, and no H, which is also OK I guess but alsomakes me want to go to Honeydew at the same time. It's conflicting to say the least, but the coffee is great.

the personal is great. very friendly and remember what they like to order. if there is a mistake, they will correct it as soon as they make it aware.
