At the time I was working here i was a senior in high school getting harassed by girls in college. Point is new management and employees fucked up the whole store. Cut our hours due to high labor yet they wouldn 't stop hiring teens. Ex coworkers would literally look up personal info and send it around and when reported to Hr or the Store manager I was told nothing could be done. At around 11ish am on my 4th attempt on getting my bagels chives and onions I had ordered online a week ago today Monday they didn't have. This morning I went in which I think she was the manger wearing a gray shirt I let her know about the trouble I had just letting her know today was my 4th attempt very nonchalant she replied will you're getting it today lol I had a look like okay Also I would like to informed people on Yelp all online orders which they keep arms reach for for customers to grab and look into the bags trying to figure out which bags is theirs digging into bags although is the customers to blame maybe they should rearrange the customer pick up grab and go products.
I give this restaurant a 5-star rating because all the staff over the past year have been phenomenal. However, I want to mention that this August, there is a new general manager who is not friendly and seems quite harsh. I believe the Gardena location needs a new general manager. It's concerning how much pressure she puts on both customers and employees, and when she does speak, it's often in an aggressive tone. The new management style is not well-received, but I want to emphasize that the other employees do an amazing job and provide excellent customer service. My whole family is looking forward to visiting this weekend!
I had a fantastic experience with the donuts here—they're incredibly soft, even softer than Krispy Kreme! I ordered two double chocolate donuts, but when I got home, I discovered that the person who prepared my order miscounted and gave me three instead of two. Perhaps they only had three left and figured it was better to give me the extra one instead of having just one left? Nah, that's probably not it—it's much cheaper this way! Overall, I really enjoyed the donuts!

I come into this location 5 to 6 times a week I live 4 miles away the service we receive at this DUNKIN location is phenomenal Evelyn an the rest of thee employees always provide me an every costumer that I see with the BEST SERVICE. I always order the large Iced caramel Latte. The Owner of This Location should be proud of the team an the management... Redondo DUNKINS IS THE BEST
I absolutely love this place; the coffee is always fantastic. However, today I noticed something quite concerning. While I was waiting for my drink, I saw a hired worker take donuts out of her car, and they weren't covered or in a box at all. I find this really unsanitary.
Even very early in the morning the staff work fast and efficient, with courtesy and patience for customer that have a hard time trying to decide what to get; all that between orders on line and walk in. Thank you so much.
they always come here when they order on the app, they have their drinks ready within minutes what is brilliant: definitely recommend.
