The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. I remember one night when we arrived late, just before heading to the hospital. Chris, one of the employees, was exceptionally patient with our order and the specific requests we had for our coffee. He truly went above and beyond, and the coffee turned out to be fantastic!
The coffee had a stale taste, and I honestly don’t believe it was worth the $5 I paid. Where is the management? They need to ensure that the staff regularly replaces old coffee. Additionally, it's essential for staff members to have a strong command of English so they can clearly understand the needs of the customers.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! I waited over 10 months, and when I finally came in, they didn't have frozen coffee and no bagels, which is what I wanted. They were missing too many items, and one of the staff members was very rude. I will never come here again.
love going here but was a little sad that i didnt get my free donut with my drink for national donut day but lady said only with a large coffe but your signs says free donut with any purchased drink maybe fix your signs that should what pacifc drink next national donut day
