I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely lacking; they rarely had the right condiments on hand. Furthermore, it seemed like they didn't pay attention to orders, as my food was consistently overcooked. There was also a staff member who took my order, but his speech was often slurred, which made me wonder if he could use a coffee boost. To top it off, the restaurant is situated in a residential area, causing frequent traffic congestion due to the influx of customers. All in all, this is the worst Dunkin' I’ve ever been to.

I work night shifts at a nearby hospital and have had some varying experiences at this restaurant. The staff member on the overnight shift can be quite rude and dismissive, which is definitely off-putting. However, I rated this place 4 stars because I also visit in the mornings, and Miss Sharon is always there to make my coffee just the way I like it. She is incredibly polite and friendly, providing a warm welcome to start my day.
The overnight staff member really needs to improve his attitude, as it's quite unwelcoming. Furthermore, he frequently has trouble getting orders correct, which is very frustrating.
