As a student, I go to this Dunkin' at least two times a week. The man thats usually on the register is really nice and always does his job. The ladies making the food however, seem to be screwing up right and left. For the second week in a row, I have had a problem with my order, even though it is written correctly on the receipt. Last week I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, and was still given cheese. I thought it was busy, must have been an accident. However today, it was completely dead since it was so early. eating is the same as other places. this position has never the corresponding amount of baked goods and always runs around 7 o'clock and its kitchen closes early. if they know that the demand is higher than normal for donuts then more on stock! this place has always planned warehouse after demand, very sad. this is a degraded dunkin experience. also the diets have better service and availability.
i buy every morning fresh cup of coffee here! no issue with coffee!! however when i asked for a spoon for a breakfast which i brought from home!! one of the employee refused and told me to get it from rock cafe! that's simply pathetic! i brought something from DD and you still refuses to give a spoon to the customer! that's rude and unprofessional!!
false and cheap quality food I asked for a jelly and bee in a croissant and what I got is a filled piece of brot with speck in that which I specifically asked to exclude the cappuccino was filled with foam and then the avocado toast had no hits on it will never go to this overpriced point with the incorrect eating

Overall, it's a pretty good spot. I typically order an Americano and have had a couple of instances where I received the wrong size—once or twice I got a small instead of a medium. However, the staff is always quick to apologize when I bring it up and make it right.
I have been here since autumn 2017 and must say that Dunkin’ is way better than this terrible in douglass student center. I know the same staff for many years and they are always super friendly. they simply wish that the lines were not so long sometimes lol
Overall, it’s a pretty good place. I usually order an Americano, and there have been a couple of times when I received the wrong size—small instead of medium. However, the staff is always very apologetic when I point it out and they make it right.
I really like this place; I grab coffee from there nearly every day. The quality is excellent, and the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend it.
