I moved into the neighborhood about 3 years ago. This is my nearest DD. I go there maybe every other day mostly through the drive through. The employees are always friendly and polite. Generally greeting me with a good morning or good afternoon Mr. Tom and a smile. I have gone through other DD's near my old neighborhood and it wasn't always as friendly. My orders are usually a hot tea and a muffin and that's what I get. You never know in other DD's what you will get when you open the surprise bag or take that first sip. Considering how many customers they deal with on a daily basis that a nice feeling when your order is correct all the time.
I go to this Dunkin location EVERY day. Sometimes more than once actually. The staff are friendly, attentive, and typically very fast. Also, compared with some other Dunkin locations, my orders have never once been incorrect. Also, when ordering HOT items like sandwiches or wraps, they come out fresh, HOT, and exactly as expected. I thoroughly enjoy my daily trip(s) there and it is, by far, my favorite Dunkin location. Regardless of which shift of workers, I can ALWAYS count on it being a great experience. LOVE this place!
That said, the staff here is wonderful—very friendly and efficient at their jobs. Unlike the 3833 location on Route 516, which has served me cold eggs and watered-down coffee, this place near the intersection of 2614 and 516 consistently delivers great meals. I've never had a bad experience here, and the drinks are always well-prepared. I choose to come to this location primarily because of the excellent service and the friendly staff.
This is our favorite Dunkin' location. The food and drinks are always consistent. The staff is friendly, and the older gentlemen here are particularly wonderful. I don't understand the negative reviews; I've never had a bad experience.

the last time I came to this place, I was charged for a donut when my reward was for a free doughnut. then I came back to this place today and asked for a pumpkin doughnut and they gave me blueberry. how are they? food: 3/5
Ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese this morning and a medium hot chai latte....they over toasted the bagel and the chai flavor was weak, like they made it with too much water
old, I just want to thank you for having plastic straws. phil murphy has a lot of nerves. I love you. they are amazing with the coffee and the donut they do. jelly donut. I like it
My wife often stops by this place to grab a Caramel Latte with almond milk for me, as I have a milk allergy. Whether it's served hot or cold, it's consistently delicious.

had to repeat my order several times and he still had it wrong. he added sugar instead of splenda? has at the end free donuts. please rate her dunkin workers
