Do not support this place. Twice I've came and it's been only one poor kid working for the whole store, no manager or other coworkers. There is a line built up in drive thru and people waiting in front and he is always sweating and running and working every part of the store at once and is visibly fatigued and stressed all while I assume is earning only minimum wage just to keep up. Managers/heads of this place should be ashamed of putting any workers in these poor conditions. Someone needs to get them fired.
Terrible! I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for many many years. The service at this location is always poor. I just saw there was a deal for three dollar pumpkin spice latte. So I come in and I order one and they charge me $4.79. They wouldn’t change it back to three dollars. I always tipped phenomenal I’m in the business but obviously I didn’t leave a tip I was overcharged and treated poorly as usual.You really need to teach them how to be hospitable
I recently tried the Dunkin' App for mobile ordering. I placed my order for coffee and food, and then picked it up without a hitch. Although the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly. My coffee was hot and the food was tasty. The employee at the window was wearing a mask and gloves, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience!
Very disappointed...found out for their shop...breakfast wraps with bacon alot more that the sausage...I thought they were 2 sandwiches regardless of the meat ....2 for $3.00 at any dd. Not here 2 sandwiches w/bacon only was over $5.00. Totally wrong!!!!

place was clean and the girl behind the counter was friendly helpful. in the evening to the coffee. on the parking lot we stood. many trees around the parking lot, it was nice. they should have a few tables out there, it was nice. good coffee.
really like this place, one-two donuts once a week is my only cheating and I am quite satisfied with taste and quality. maybe they really have a problem with the administration, but the personal really tries to do their best
I really enjoy this place! I treat myself to one or two donuts here once a week, and I'm very satisfied with the taste and quality. They might have some management issues, but the staff genuinely puts in a lot of effort.
To be honest without any sugar coating, there always was poor service, but food is quite good. Hope that next time they will somehow manage this

I only come here if I'm looking to be thoroughly let down by both my coffee and humanity.
