Ridiculous customer service and lazy employees at drive though window. Made us wait at the register for 10 minutes without saying anything and then stated that register is down. We went to drive through instead and they made us wait there for another 10 minutes without even answering while taking an order in front of us. Then we pulled up to the window and saw employee on their phone and they said we can’t take your order at this time. So why can’t you tell people beforehand so they don’t waste there time waiting. Whoever owns this franchise need to look at the customer service and train people properly. 9/25/22 3:15 PM time shift
On our way back from Newark Airport, we were in search of a breakfast spot, and this Dunkin’ location turned out to be just perfect. Even though it catches the eye from the outside, it was surprisingly empty inside. The space is beautiful and spacious, featuring colorful seating and plenty of windows. They offer a wide selection of Baskin Robbins ice cream as well. Plus, it’s a 24/7 establishment, so I've saved it to my Google Maps as a new favorite. Did I mention the service is outstanding? They even have a large private conference room available for anyone needing a secluded meeting space!
The staff is extremely slow, laughing in the background and act like they can't hear you. You can clearly hear all of them laughing in the background as they take your order. No experience and no consideration for their customers. Waited on line for 45 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me.There's ice cream all over my bag. These girls are rude. There's no one inside managing the staff. Very sad.This terrible service is unnecessary.
Manager at this location told me that my coupon was not working multiple times because I was not ordering a qualifying item. I read the terms and conditions to her and showed it to her through me phone and she tried to make up an excuse that I have to pay with a card in the app. I showed her that the app said that I could pay any way and she still insisted I was wrong. The managers at this location need more training.

As someone who used to manage a coffee shop and had always made the effort to make sure myself and my team provided top notch service, I was appalled at the service provided today. We waited several minutes to even be served at the register, first drink came out wrong, second drink came out without a straw in sight. I’ll just go to the dunkin down the street for now on.
Drive thru window girl stated “we can’t give a cappuccino blast until the afternoon”…. I asked her to repeat herself and a male took over the booth and stated “the system is down for baskin”. These people are so lazy, we walked inside to order the blast and they told us “it was too busy to make at this time”. Whoever owns this franchise needs new employees. ASAP
This place never fails to impress! They've made some updates to the menu, and although there are no longer any desserts, the dishes and drinks are absolutely fantastic. I really appreciate the friendly servers who provide quick service. I highly recommend this restaurant!

After a long day, everyone seemed to be exhausted, which made the service quite slow. I ended up waiting five minutes for the cashier, even though I was the only customer there.
