I just moved into the opposite and started ordering dunkin via doordash. every time the order is prepared at this location, there is always at least one object missing. I don't have bakery articles, whether it's a whisper or a dozen donuts, I never revived it. also my coffee is never done right. the amount of time I regain black coffee when asked for aromen, pralinen and cream is disappointing. I don't know if there's a mistake in their system or his mere incompetence, but that's out of hand. I work in restaurant management and that is unacceptable.
We always come to this DD. We liked it here because the friendliness and courteous staff. However, today the same person we always deal with gave us such insulting and condescending attitude. And he also called the wrong name for the item with ordered. He’s the one caused the confusion but yet he’s the one rolled his eyes and shoved the item to us.
Store cleanness: 4 stars was during staff mopping the floor, and maybe was tidy up the space) it was a bit strange that the store didn't smell coffee or donut, or any food smell. Staffs friendliness: 2 stars not at all attentive) Food: 3 stars chocolate French cruller and chocolate Boston crème)
The service can be a bit slow at times, but the food and drinks are definitely better than other Dunkin' locations. When my partner tells me he’s taking me to Dunkin', he specifically mentions this place as the best. As for dietary restrictions, they offered a fresh option, which was great!

New store, clean but workers need to pay more attention to the customer, other than two young people making out in the corner I was the only customer there. And they couldn't get the order straight. Stay safe.
The worst experience had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean the table all the tables were filthy and dirty we couldn’t even sit down we just left and the manager was rude
The way they make the food hot and fresh and the drink correctly! Today I ordered a pumpkin spice signature latte and it was amazing!
It's your typical Dunkin' Donuts. The service is efficient, and the food is good for a quick bite. Overall, I give it a 4 out of 5.
