like all dunkin donuts. as someone who works in customer service, I can see that they are underused and need more help that has nothing to do with the staff there that are always beautiful and pleasant. it is the money-hungry management that the employees work like slaves (which work for pennies) while making the thousands. do it well.

used the running gear through it is not really clear where the ordering window / microphone is there no clear mark. at the pick-up/payment window, without actually ordering something after waiting in the running gear through the line. However, the staff were friendly enough to take my order and it was quite fast.

For some reason nothing tastes right from this location. Coffee tastes Burnett, they don't follow directions, the food doesnt taste right, and makes me sick, idk what it is but its only this location. . Tho I did get a good cup of iced coffee once. It was heavy on the cream but still good.

They were a Little Slow and didn't seem to have a real system. After the cashier realized that my matcha was not made, she did it herself and took the size (Apologetic). Ohh... they have smooth sticks (no extra sugar forces...jah). Many sites do not have them. Peace

Standing position. Not my Fave. Usually something too sweet. I think they add an additional pump of syrup for the street..lol But friendly and friendly staff.
