For some reason, nothing tastes right at this Dunkin' location. The coffee tastes burnt, they don’t follow instructions, and the food doesn’t taste right—it even makes me feel sick. I’m not sure why, but it’s only this Dunkin'. However, I did have a good cup of iced coffee once. It was heavy on the cream but still enjoyable. The rest of the menu here just doesn’t meet expectations.
The service was a bit slow, and it didn't seem like they had a solid system in place. When the cashier noticed that my matcha hadn't been prepared, she took the initiative to make it herself and was very apologetic. On a positive note, they offer smooth sticks without any added sugar, which is a nice touch that many other places don’t have. Overall, a decent experience. Peace!

Some of the women who work there are amazing, but waiting over 5 minutes for my mobile order after I’ve arrived is ridiculous. I keep putting up with it because of the convenience, but I often have to leave before getting my order to head down the road. Reserva una mesa ahora
"Standing position. Not my favorite place. The drinks are usually too sweet for my taste; it feels like they add an extra pump of syrup for show! Haha. However, the staff is very friendly and welcoming."
Terrible experience everytime. Workers have a nasty attitude and they barely can get orders correct. The staff is the most annoying part it’s actually sad that they treat people they way they do.
I ordered several coffees through the app. For some reason, some of the items in my order were only made after I got to the restaurant. It defeats the whole purpose of using the app.
