I ordered coffee with almond milk and an unsweetened flavor. As I began to sip it while walking away, I realized it was very sweet. I went back to the counter to let them know, and the barista insisted it wasn’t sweetened. I mentioned it must be an artificial sweetener, but he told me not to worry about it. I then requested a new coffee with just milk, but the woman at the register gave me a look as if I were being unreasonable. They both seemed annoyed. Eventually, they made me a new one with just milk, but once I went outside and tasted it, I found it was still sweet (though not as much) because the almond milk was sweetened. I said it is and must be artificially sweeter. the guy told me not to worry. I asked for a new one with only milk. lady in the register gave me a face like I was a kar. both were upset. he made me a new one with only milk. as outside, new coffee was sweet, (but not like) apparently because mandelmilch was also sweetened. I didn't want a sugar, really or not, it's not on them to understand the reasons why. I drank it anyway, but it regrets. I should have taken the top off the cup again. acidic experience?
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to the service from a staff member named Aisha. She spent a significant amount of time on her phone instead of attending to our order, which ended up being taken incorrectly. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and I felt she could have asked her colleagues to assist us instead of being preoccupied with her phone. Overall, the service was lacking.
The coffee here is excellent, and the atmosphere is nice. However, the staff preparing the food appeared to be quite moody and unenthusiastic, which was a bit disappointing. The staff member Aisha was not attentive at all. She spent a long time on the phone and only took our order once she was finished, which resulted in her getting it wrong. The restaurant was empty, so she could have asked someone else to assist us instead of wasting time on the call.
