the dunkin,' which is located in this particular fuel station, has recently been renovated and now radiates with a very modern look. Unfortunately, the renovation could not do anything to save the load before the constant lack of decent customer service at this site. I update this review every couple of years since I will occasionally stop at this place while I get gas for my car, and unfortunately I have never been able to give this dunkin more than two stars. it seems that every time I give this place a shot, they manage to make the experience very differentiated in one or another wise. it doesn't play a role, whether it's busy or quiet, at night or day, something is messed up. This Dunkin is very poorly managed. If the drive thru isn’t broken, something inside is broken. I use to regular this place often but when I have to get out of my vehicle and walk in just to be told they can’t do any hot drinks either, I was done.If I was the owner or management for this place I’d be embarrassed.

Stopped at this location to get my iced coffee fixed that another Dunkin had messed up. Lauren was so kind and fixed it for me with no hesitation!!
