This Dunkin' Donuts franchise is among the worst I've visited. The coffee is seldom brewed correctly, and it appears that only a couple of employees know how to make a decent cup. Ashley truly stands out as a valuable member of the team; she deserves to be promoted right away. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely engages with customers about their coffee orders. Unfortunately, many of the other staff members often create long lines and inconsistently brew the coffee. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, I suggest avoiding this location, as your morning coffee is likely to leave you disappointed after a lengthy wait. I took my friend’s dad, who manages a small operation at a nearby hospital, out to Dunkin' since his son is often too busy to spend time with him. The gentleman really enjoys coffee and jelly donuts, and luckily, my GPS led us to a Dunkin' in Mt. Vernon along the way. I have to commend the staff; despite the hectic environment, they handled the orders quickly and efficiently. Although the seating inside is limited, I was just there to grab something from the menu and go, so it wasn’t an issue. My hot chocolate was pretty good, and I liked that Dunkin' is open 24/7.
It used to be good, but now the staff, many of whom have limited English skills, have changed the experience. One employee even threatened to call the police when I asked to use the bathroom. I’d recommend going to a different Dunkin’ location instead. Update: It’s better to visit in the morning when different, friendlier staff are working.
This was my first visit to this Dunkin' location, and I must say it was the best coffee shop experience I've ever had. Amil deserves a raise! I'm usually a devoted Starbucks customer, but I’d definitely consider switching if the service was always this excellent. Such a wonderful and enjoyable experience!

Avoid this particular store if thinking on placing a Mobil Order through the app because they will get it wrong every time. I sent my favorite breakfast meal to this establishment and I was given the wrong meats on my order. Complete waste of time when in a hurry
First time at this location (I live in Yonkers and I swear it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin’ give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I’ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!
Bad service from one of the men working there. He tried to scam me with one of the deals from the app. And theirs flies on the donuts. I mentioned it and that exact man laughed. Wouldn’t recommend honestly xoxo.
nice during the day but man who works in the afternoon messes up every mobile order with completely different drinks and will no listen when u explain that it is wrong!
