I have let them know multiple times that I always order the same item, yet three times now, I've been served whole milk instead of almond milk. I suffer from severe lactose intolerance, and it's incredibly frustrating to waste my money with every visit. If you're lactose intolerant, I suggest avoiding this restaurant—they don’t seem to prioritize your health. I could have had an allergic reaction, and the outcome could have been quite serious.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, and the staff were quite rude and seemed to have no appreciation for customer service. Unlike other Dunkin' Donuts locations nearby, there were no restrooms available. The coffee did not meet my expectations, and the tables were dirty and in bad shape. I won’t be going back.
Honestly, only come here if it's your last choice or if you can't get to another Dunkin'. The donuts are often stale, and the staff sometimes act as if they don't want to be bothered. I had my first encounter with something quite shocking during my visit. There was a large, worm-like maggot in the ladies' restroom! It was incredibly disgusting!
That was the last time I visited that restaurant. I discovered a large worm or maggot in the women’s restroom!
The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the donuts are absolutely delicious!
