I am utterly disappointed! I had been steering clear of this place for over a year due to the burnt coffee I had on my last visit. Unfortunately, this time was no better; they couldn't even make two sandwiches correctly and forgot to add the cold foam, yet still charged me for it! The picture shows the "matcha latte" my wife ordered, which was overly foamy and not well mixed. Since she is lactose intolerant, it was unacceptable that they served her cow’s milk. It’s clear they don’t take dietary allergies seriously! Overall, the experience felt unsanitary, unsafe, and unprofessional. We have lactose intolerance restrictions, and they completely ignored them.

I would give this Dunkin' zero stars if I could. The service here is awful. I placed a mobile order and waited half an hour for two grilled cheese sandwiches. Despite reminding them three times, they kept serving customers who hadn’t ordered through the app. The whole point of mobile ordering is to receive your food quickly. The staff is incredibly rude, and they often mess up my drinks. There’s always a problem whenever I visit. If you're in New Rochelle, I highly recommend going to the Dunkin' near Land Road instead.
The food at Dunkin' is great, but unfortunately, they consistently get orders wrong. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it happened just once, but this has occurred over the course of three days. How do you mix up hot and cold items? You'd expect them to hire staff with at least a basic sense of touch.

There weren't straws available for our smoothie and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered to get us a straw that wouldn't sink into our drink. As the only customers at the time, I would have expected a bit more courtesy.
This is a busy Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins ice cream section. The signage is not great regarding the ice cream... where a line starts , where to pay, etc. But the staff of very friendly and will direct you.
I ordered a chicken and bacon croissant sandwich, but instead, I received a bacon and egg on a croissant. It seems like the staff can’t read the orders properly at all.

None of the staff seemed genuinely engaged, but dealing with the public can be challenging. It’s been a while since I’ve had an experience like this.
