This might be one of the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited. There were just two customers in the shop—myself and another guy—and yet, there were four people working behind the counter. How long does it take to make a cup of coffee? At one point, I even asked about my coffee, and the response was, "Oh, you haven't received it yet?" Well, if I had, I wouldn't still be here!
This is the worst place to order food. My sister-in-law used to work here but quit because the environment is extremely racist. They handle food unsafely—dropping it, picking it up, and serving it to customers or putting it back. Employees use the bathroom without washing their hands, and there are bugs around as well.
The only positive aspect of this place is the customer service. Aside from that, the coffee is awful—whether iced, frozen, or hot, they just don’t know how to make it properly. The donuts look like they've been dropped on the floor. I don’t trust them at all; both their service and food quality are very poor.
Not all DnD locations are the same! This one was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and laid-back, and the donuts were perfectly cooked. You know how some places serve donuts that are raw in the middle? Not here! I'm heading back there right now! Reserva una mesa ahora
The BEST DD in Mount Vernon!! Always a friendly fresh faced staff who are always in a good mood. Food is good. The drinks are excellent and always made the same each time. Want a good Matcha? Ask India to make it!!
All DnD's are not the same! Here was great! A really friendly, cool staff well cooked donuts if you know what I mean. Other places serve donuts undercooked in the middle. I'll go there now.
Her coffee is always a hit. On the positive side, this place is affordable and conveniently located all along the East Coast.
I've been here before, and there is absolutely no customer service. On top of that, the drinks are $5 instead of $2. Reserva una mesa ahora
