I visited the restaurant on Dutch Broadway twice, once on January 26th and again on January 30th, but unfortunately, I had to leave both times. The place was extremely crowded, and my order got mixed up. During my second visit, two new employees appeared to be quite lost. It would be beneficial for them to hire more staff and provide proper training. I do want to mention the regular employee who is usually there—I'm not sure what happened to him that morning, though.
Dunkin' can be wonderful when the food is made properly. I had a delightful experience at this location when I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and the bacon was cooked just right. The female staff were friendly and welcoming. I've visited other Dunkin' locations before where the service was lacking, but this one stood out. I highly recommend checking it out, as they prepare both drinks and food exactly to your liking.
Wow unfortunately the absolute worst. Seriously they need to hire more workers. Long wait times even when you've ordered ahead. Hash browns usually burnt to non edible crisp or mushy. Promised myself I would never waste my valuable time or money there ever again.
The service was awful, and the staff were quite unfriendly. They messed up my order, giving me hot coffee instead of the cold coffee I had asked for. When I requested a cup of ice, they even had the nerve to charge me a dollar for it. Reserva una mesa ahora
I went to get some donuts for real quick at 8:49 and i checked online to see if it was open first and it was 8:50 and i went to check and they said they came to lock the door and said it was closed.
The line moved swiftly, and the manager was very approachable. He oversees the restaurant exceptionally well, ensuring that everything operates smoothly. Hats off to him and his team!
The cashier was unfriendly, there were no donuts in stock, and the drinks were disappointing. I spent $28, and it definitely wasn't worth it.
