What a horrible experience! Went through drive-through and placed order, forgot to order a drink so we asked at the window. Girl at window told us they cannot take an additional order at the window because they're on a timer. No apologies, nothing. Werehanded our food and we're not giving any napkins, had to ask for them twice. Pulled away Only to find both sandwiches icecold. Drove back and went inside to get a refund, wound up not getting a full refund Because man and register didn't know whatwe ordered and it was not received in the back. Horrible shame that a quality name like Dunkin is being ruined by a store likethis.

All the jelly donuts were wet on the bottom. Asked for something else. Employee told me he couldn?t take it back but neglected to say he could give me a substitute. When I questioned him he grudgingly started to put a new one in the bag telling me theywere all wet. Took a while but he eventually understood that I wanted a different kind of donut. Too complicated!

Terrible never get your order right crazy manager defending his employees when he should be holding them accountable seems like the facility works better without the manager being there terrible rather go to the one on woolbright :

Went to grab a quick bite at 4. Was told I couldn't order food because the cleaned the ovens already even though they don't close til 6. Thanks for the screaming toddler

Just went in for coffee. The young man who helped me was very. Very Helpful! AND..offered me more help than expected!! Wonderful Experience! AND..Good Coffee!!!
