I recently visited this café and ordered two lattes. When I took a sip, I noticed they were warm rather than hot. I kindly asked the young man at the counter if he could reheat them for me. Instead of being accommodating, he responded with an attitude and rolled his eyes. At that point, I decided I didn't want to spend my money there any longer, so I requested a refund and left. He certainly could benefit from some customer service training.
On December 12, 2020, at 12:43 PM, I arrived at the restaurant and knocked on the door. Two men responded and told me they were closed, even though their posted hours clearly indicated they should be open until 11 PM. It's disappointing to consider that they might try to modify this review, especially since I was accompanied by three other people. The owner should review the security footage for verification.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot conveniently situated on the way out of the south side of town. I enjoy stopping by in the morning for coffee, and the staff always manages to get me in and out quickly, which I truly appreciate. They know my order so well that it's often ready before I even have to ask! The morning crew is exceptionally friendly, and the service is top-notch!

I had a disappointing experience at 44 O'clock. The Jamaican morning staff member was unexpectedly rude to me and another customer without any clear reason. She really needs to enhance her communication skills and customer service, or contemplate looking for a different job if she is unhappy working here.
After I ordered avocado toast, my friend rolled up the window and I accidentally dropped it out of the car. When I went back inside to order another one, the woman who took my order graciously remade it for me at no cost. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be returning.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I placed an online order with the app when I got the store they told me my order was stolen and laughed at me. They didn’t want to help me what so ever. Never ordering from this location.
Whatever kid they have making food has to be braindead got my order wrong several times it’s like he’s just back their making stuff w no regard of what people actually ordered Reserva una mesa ahora
It is like the worst Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. The guy who works there was doing ice cream tasting with one of the customer meanwhile over 10 people on line. Shame!
