Service is fine and food is fine, they just need a better set up for the drive-thru. Had an altercation today with another driver who got upset because I held him up as he was trying to get into Walgreens parking lot next door but had to slow down togo around me as I was in line waiting to get into the drive-thru so he of course had to start honking like an A hole andscreaming out his window because he got slowed down for ten seconds. They need to widen out the alley way to give drivers thatare waiting some room to sit in line and not block through traffic because heaven forbid some rich A hole in a BMW has to waitten extra seconds to get his Viagra from Walgreens next-door.

Dunkin app had a free medium coffee with ANY purchase. I pull up to the drive thru and a BIG ad shows FREE medium coffee with ANY purchase. I buy a donut and ask for a medium coffee. The guy proceeds to tell me the code doesn't work. I tell him youliterally have an advertisement when you pull up that says FREE medium coffee on Mondays. Tells me I have to pay for it and thecode hasn't been working all day. Don't post signs and false advertise. Place blows!

typical dunkin, was only upset because dining room was closed at 6 and shield says open until 7 so had to go back to the car and through the drive thru. I just found it strange that it was closed in about 18.11 clock. I have my order, everything was good.

There is hardly ever a wait whenever I go in the morning. Everyone is so friendly and happy, it is a really nice change of pace. Feels more like a local coffeehouse than a chain because of how nice the staff is.

Most workers just do bare minimum, get orders wrong, and act unfriendly when you ask them to fix it. Moved to 1 star, still can't get a simple latte right. Taste like ashes Reserva una mesa ahora
