Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place. So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I 've asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice. Small size was 4 sips and was gone I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently less ice means ice to the rim.

slow service, orders wrong often made. the night staff is okay, but tomorrow staff can't ever get it right. 0 stars if I could. there was a heavy mixed race employee who made my drink wrong and refused to repair it. check my reviews I often consider positiw location, but this location could not even meet basic standards.

already had coffee from the previous DD drive and had the nerve to ask her to finish it because it became cold nicest staff ever did it without considering as a thing of the fact with a smile and my avocado toast was delicious

the sign says that dunkin closes on Thursday at 20:00. but when I came here that day at 19:10, the doors were closed and locked. the personal refused to acknowledge us. overall very unprofessional.

they are? until 19 o'clock. they're in. the doors are closed. it has happened since covid a lot. can be a real problem depending on how far they live or what kind of business it is.
