I placed an online order and ended up missing three items. When I returned to address the issue, I was informed that one of the items had been discontinued. If an item is no longer available, it shouldn't just be omitted from the order without any notification. Additionally, a little kindness in handling the mistake would go a long way. I’ll be steering clear of this situation in the future.
The drive-thru line was long, but it moved quickly. I received my order promptly, and everything was correct and tasted great. The staff was friendly too. I tried the caramel-crease-escape with almond milk, and it was quite good. I was a bit disappointed by the limited drink options, but overall, it was a positive experience.
It can be hit or miss at times, but overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this place. The donut holes, particularly the raspberry-filled ones, were fantastic, and my coffees were excellent! I suggest opting for almond milk instead of regular milk.

I ordered 1 dozen donuts nothing with sprinkles. Got 1 dozen donuts every one loaded with sprinkles. Neighbors will get them cause i sure dont want them and I'm friken pissed.. be a LONG time before I go there again. Krispy cream has a new customer.
There’s this one lady that works there named dymon, she is very rude and doesn’t treat her fellow employees with respect. She is very unapproachable and very disrespectful.
Easy choice for Toasted Tots, otherwise I would definitely give a 5-star rating. The staff is friendly and quick, and the prices are great too.
The restaurant should be named "Slow and Slower." I really hope it's not a franchise. I encountered a lot of disorganization during my visit.

No napkins are included when you order food. Hashbrowns were haphazardly tossed in the bag.
A great spot to take a break for a coffee, and the service is consistently excellent.
