Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

The iced tea had steeped for far too long, resulting in an overwhelmingly bitter taste. The hash browns were not only burnt but also stale, creating a delightful mix of sogginess and char. I found myself having to repeat my order several times to the staff, yet they still couldn't get it right. I’m giving it two stars because the reheated English muffin was somewhat acceptable.

I usually enjoy Dunkin', but my recent visit was quite unsettling. A male employee was loudly complaining to a female coworker about his work, leaving other customers to overhear their conversation. She attempted to calm him down, but he continued to express his frustrations, using inappropriate language in the process. It was a surprising and disappointing experience.

1 star for each part of my order they have right plus 1 star for any friendly personnel interaction plus 1 star minimum that you need to give and you get their overall rating. Great way to leave Boston. Stop from the Dunkin at Terminal C for an evil interaction with rude, hard to understand staff that could not give rats when they get you what you paid.

There was only one person working the cashier that I could see, but they were courteous and served every patron quickly. The food quality was ok at best, but I was hungry and I needed some food. Overall it's not the worst thing in the airport and if the lines are short, you can get served quickly. Reserva una mesa ahora

the donut and coffee I got were terrible, the donut tasted sour and was gooey and the coffee tasted terrible the only thing that was good was the duty free trade that it would not recommend to eat somewhere else while waiting for a flight

Service was very helpfully. The lady who helped was very nice and even upgraded my coffe size when the flavor I wanted was unavailable. She definitely deserves a raise in an airport where most staff is so apathetic.

The service was terrible, and my bagel was burnt. They added milk to my tea, which diluted it and turned it into tea-flavored milk. It was disgusting.
