Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I've visited this restaurant four times, and unfortunately, every single time my order has been incorrect. I’ve also had to wait over 10 minutes, even when there were only two people ahead of me with small orders. I typically order a coffee and a wake-up wrap, except for once when I ordered a coffee and two wraps. Whether I went inside or used the drive-thru, the experience was the same. My longest wait time was 20 minutes while I was inside, with just one person in front of me and two in the drive-thru. My partner and I had a wonderful experience today! The cashier was very friendly and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to order. The Croissant Breakfast Sandwich was delicious, the hashbrowns were fresh, and the donuts were a bit overwhelming. We also received two complimentary breakfast sandwiches because we had to wait for our hashbrowns to be prepared. They generously offered us these extra sandwiches as a gesture for being patient customers. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

When I arrived, I tried to order online in the app, but could not!!! Because it said in the app that the store was closed and it tried to store my order!!! It is more convenient to order online and then pick up my coffee!!! When I mentioned it to the cashier, she began that I was not the only one who had the same problem and she didn't know what was going on!!! But I got what I asked at the end and enjoyed it!!! It was well done and exactly what I wanted!!!

Did a mobile order because I was late for work and I specifically clicked walk-in so I wouldn?t have to wait in the Drive-Thru lane. I come to the store and the doors are locked, they told me it?s Drive-Thru only and it was not mentioned in their app,Google maps, or their website. Never been here before but the EFFORT they put into my drink has me blown away, I'm always nervous to go to a new Dunkin' but the way they made my drink...Beautiful! Chef's kiss fr fr ???????????? and the cashier was dope with super great vibes, 10/10will go here again!

I stopped in for a quick cappuccino, but they were out of lattes. The young man working there went the extra mile to prepare a delicious coffee for me instead! I was also very impressed with how quickly the service was.

I've never been to this location before, but the effort they put into my drink really impressed me. I always feel a bit anxious trying a new Dunkin', but the way they made my drink was fantastic! Hats off to the team!

I really enjoy my double-cherry espresso, although it did have some grounds in it. However, the cup was quite sweet! The food is usually cooked well and not overdone like in some other places. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was a bit slow, but perhaps someone in front of me had a large order. However, they did get my bagel with cream cheese correct, and it was toasted to perfection.
