Dunkin' has become my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up or an indulgent treat.The staff at my local Dunkin' is exceptional. They are always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with any questions or special requests. This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area. I'm a regular here and always place mobile drive-thru orders. They consistently get my order right and make all the necessary modifications, whether it's a sandwich or a coffee. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and my food is always ready on time. Whenever I visit other Dunkin' locations in the Catonsville area, they often miss my modifications, which is frustrating since I'm lactose intolerant, or they end up burning the food. This place always treats my order with care, and I've never been disappointed since they opened. Thank you for always starting my mornings off right!

Usually service and order is good. This time horrendous. Long drive through line. Person at window got order wrong (after telling order# and name where you order). At window asked me what donut and told which one. Drink was wrong and price. When I told that began arguing with me. Yes a mistake could have been made; but instead of saying let me check (been at other DD) insisted was mine. I drove away, contacted Customer Service; got refund back on app and went to my usual DD. Orde was fine there.

The absolute worst dunkin experience of my life. An EXTREMELY rude employee randomly charged me 2 dollars more for a drink I literally order every single day of my life and when I politely asked why, she gave a completely nonsensical response and then charged ANOTHER dollar for a cup of ice since I dared to ask for the drink that i get every single day to have ice (which it always does) avoid this like the plague. The food was generally good, but it unfortunately left me with a very upset stomach. There were flies everywhere, including on the donuts. Some guests were trying to alert the staff about the flies on the donuts, but it seemed like the staff ignored them, pretending not to understand. The staff spoke a different language, so I also had difficulty communicating with them.

We went there , there was no one in the shop. the servers were outside of the shop and talking to each other. no one came to serve us. we went out and they didn’t even care. not

The service was excellent; I waited no more than four minutes. The server was respectful and polite. I’ll definitely return since I live nearby.

Line is long in the morning but service, coffee and food are excellent. Drive through guy has a very pleasant voice.
