I love all from Dunkin donuts, but this morning when I went to get coffee and donuts the lady who took my order had her face mask below her mouth and she was touching her nose and mouth (she put it back before grabbing my donuts and prepare my coffee), I thought she was not prepare my order but she did prepare my coffee and grabbed my donuts, she used the wax paper for that but when she got the bag to put the donuts inside I was freak out. I was about to tell her please wash your hands before you touch anything. Please make sure the employees follow the new safety measures.
Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. The food quality is terrible and customer service here is even worst. One of the workers are racist? she literally asked me to pay for jelly for my croissant breakfast sandwich and I noticed the next few times I came itwas actually supposed to be free. They barely speak English which is terrible being that you?re working with the public whereeveryone does not speak Spanish. Just go down the street to Starbucks to avoid wasting your time.
Bad Customer Service. Ordered a coffee from a lady then she left the counter and was chatting on her phone. No one made the order. After 10mins someone else came in ordered and then received their coffee. Another worker looked at me and asked what Iwas waiting for. She then made my drink and gave it me without a single word. Just RUDE service and not even an apology. Nevergoing to that store again and will go to the nearby Starbucks instead.
Mediocre services. The reason why Starbucks is taking over. I am a grown up man and don?t need people to scream or toss my stuff on the counter or tearing me with negative attitude. Left the store quietly with hands loaded and no bags. Good employee getsover shadowed because of that one. Thank you but not coming back. No I didn?t even talk. I've visited this place several times before writing my review. Unfortunately, I've found that they don't seem to know how to make coffee. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but all I got was a medium coffee with a bit of cream and milk. It’s really frustrating, especially when you just want a decent cup of coffee in the morning.
