Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I just order a medium coffee with almond milk and 3 sugars, I ALWAYS listen to them repeat it back to me to make sure they heard me right . What I received was a coffee with 3 creams, 3 mocha swirls and a espresso shot. I told the girl this wasn?t the right coffee and explained how it was supposed to be correctly made. She then had someone else make me a knew coffee and when I got that one it was still wrong. I now received a mocha swirl with almond milk and sugar. I VERY NICELY said the coffee isn?t supposed to have mocha in it, she didn?t say anything to me and made me the right coffee( very poorly made).
