I ordered a pint of ice cream to go, but it arrived overflowing and the lid wasn’t secured properly. When I asked the staff to clean it up and fix the lid, she responded as if my request was unreasonable. The staff were unfriendly and seemed to neglect proper sanitation. I also noticed customers complaining about the restrooms being out of toilet paper. On top of that, I couldn’t complete the survey on my receipt because the store number and survey code were invalid. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.
