Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

About 30 minutes ago, I ordered a big ice cream coffee with ingrown red and cream like me every day Mon-Fri and got a caramel swirl ice cream coffee with extra sugar. As this was lost in translation, I will never know. It's not the first time either. Last time I literally have with I think that the manager, when they put espresso in my drink, that I never order. Now I'm having a coffee I don't want at work. As a rule, everything goes out without a clink and I could understand if you forgot an ingredient that the customer asked, but don't give them something completely different than what they ordered.

When I finally asked if they were not open 24 hours as advertised, I got a response. She mentioned that someone should have been there to assist me and that I could wait if I wanted help. It was incredibly frustrating! A simple acknowledgment at the speaker, explaining that there was a shift change and that it might take a few minutes, would have gone a long way. I really tried to remain understanding, thinking the issues might have been with the speaker system. It's just unbelievable. Shaking my head in disbelief!

I ordered a big hot coffee with 1 sugar cream. They would always charge it with sugar. So I changed the way I drink my coffee, now I order a big hot coffee, cream, NO sugar. At least 2 out of 5 times they load it with sugar!! I don't know until I get to work. I don't blame the employees because the incompetence begins at the top. And don't try to call there because they don't take incoming calls. I guess because they mess so much, they'd answer all day on the phone!

Absolutely the worst food experience. I ordered a toasted croissant with butter twice from the same location, and both times it was just like the picture. They also charge extra for the butter, but they only put a tiny amount on the croissant. It’s really not worth it at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

They were delicious, but forget my whipped cream that suck because that gives extra taste to my coffee. And my friend said his coffee was absolutely terrible and taste burned.

They forget things at times but they do honor it. It's a quick drive through though when you can get in to the driveway.

The restaurant closes early. Other places are open for drive-thru, but not this one.
