SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I absolutely refuse to go to any other Dunkin Donuts because this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. Martin, David, Jake and their colleagues work SO HARD and SOOOO kind, caring, and funny!!! They ABSOLUTELY deserve a special bonus! Dunkin Donut Corporate- they deserve a fabulous bonus. For three years I worked at the Ritz- Carlton in San Francisco- I know 5 star service and they give it EVERY TIME!!! Thank you for making my mornings better with your positive energy and wonderful attitude! V
I don't know if all Dunkin sucks or just this one. I ordered 12 donuts for the office from the app and customized the donut selection. I received many I didn't ask for and few of the ones I did. I ordered in early morning so you would think they would have full stock. The donuts I did receive were stale. How? Did you give me donuts from yesterday...because that's what it tastes like. You have one job! Make good donuts...
The staff at the Stoughton location are all amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are so friendly. They can really make someone’s day just bc of how kind everyone is. My drinks are always made correctly and the food is always good too. Never have had bad service there. even on days they are short staffed they are still smiling.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese wrap, as well as a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, but neither of them had any egg in them, and the wrap was burnt to a crisp. I also ordered a donut, and they completely messed that up too. On top of all that, it took them about 15 minutes to bring me the wrong food. Food rating: 1/5.

Every time I order here, there is always a mistake, whether it be with a drink or food. Do not even try ordering the cold foam for an extra dollar; it is never added. There is an older male manager, I believe, who is always so rude, even when ordering at the window. Always just disappointing.
Martin, Jake, Santiago, Kelly, and the rest of the crew at the Stoughton Dunkin’ Donuts are constantly working to provide great service. Sometimes they are short staffed and still are able to do more for their customers than other locations. Great place to go!
I really appreciate the vegan options! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food I bought (Beyond Sausage muffin, hold the egg and cheese, and hashbrowns) were fresh and good. The French Vanilla latte with oatmilk hit the spot, also.
I come here most mornings and love the products but love the staff even more! They know my order , ask about my day and even ask if I need ?my water? as a reminder because I tend to come in before the gym.

The two guys working had no customer service skills. They were rude. However they were giggling to each other in the back room but not kind to me or my daughters. Not returning
The drive-thru experience was excellent; everything was ready to go by the time we finished ordering and paid.
