I?ll be honest I almost never have such a bad experience in any restaurant fast food , sit down or elegant where I feel I need to say something.... maybe 1 to 2 times in every five or 10 years but this was one of them, tonight we got three hot chocolates that were absolute water and they were just horrible. The only reason I?m posting is because this is not the first time from this particular Dunkin? Donuts they?ve had really poor quality for many months, pretty much since they opened and they really need to do something about it I won?t be coming there again....
If you plan on getting your morning coffee just after 5a.m. have a back up plan. Hit or miss if they are actually going to be open. Update on 10/30/22: Still a one. Drive through slow. I ordered a dozen donuts. Some how only 9 ended up in the box. Not sure how I am supposed avoid the thought that this was done on purpose. The box is designed to hold 12. Once it's filledyou have 12. You do not even have to count.
This location seems to be staffed by high school students. Although it officially closes at 12 o'clock, they often start shutting down as early as 11:40, giving the impression that they're closed before the actual time. This approach feels unprofessional and might explain why the staff don’t advance much in their roles.
This place is always bustling, no matter the time of day. The staff is excellent, and the donuts are consistently fresh, which is a huge plus. If you're in the mood for fresh donuts and great service, it's definitely worth a visit to this Dunkin' Donuts.

I tried to place a mobile order, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, the app doesn't allow for refunds. Thankfully, it was only $3.86. I would recommend avoiding pre-orders here, as it seems better to use the drive-thru instead.
Forgot my card there and they refuse to pick up the phone. On top of that they gave me watered down coffee that doesn?t taste anything like it?s supposed to. Save your money and go else where or at least a different dunkin
Wow! This place is amazing. This newly opened coffee shop is definitely worth a visit. The location is ideal, and it's very convenient to get in and out. Give it a try, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! ☕️
The donuts at Dunkin' are always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly and enjoyable.
