kasse was extremely rude. she was calm for what seemed like a minute until I screamed hallo, I asked for a dunkin refreshment with regular tee instead of green tee. She told me they were doing this there. I told her I got my tee for almost two years. She didn't react until her colleague was interrupted and told me he would help me. I said to the window and thanked him. did not hesitate to mention that I will give this place a perfect 10 rating, because all drinks are adjusted accordingly. whatever their name is to give her a raise or send her to the house. she's rude.
this is the 2nd day following that dunkin' donuts had problems. yesterday at 9:30 a.m. they were made of several donuts and the two frosted donuts I ordered had hardly frosting on them, not to mention that they pressed the packaging on both donuts so hard, which was little frosting on them. then, today, I was put into the hold before I could give up my order and when I got them all 6 donuts placed in the pocket I ordered! I threw in there! who does that? I would definitely not recommend this dunkin donuts! instead they drive a few minutes away for a better experience!
This place was full! The line was super long in the drive through and line inside was also long. The employees seemed to rush to keep up. Place was clean. Everyone was beautiful and hospitable. The food was good. We liked the lemonade with popping bubbles and the avocado toast. Would definitely go back, but I hope the lines move faster.
It was clear when the day the two ladies worked this morning during a crazy morning rush needed some more bodies, but these two destroyed it absolutely. I hope that this Dunkin will provide some relief for those who stay more than her. Kudos to the two miracle women who did not beat this morning.
