I really enjoyed the frozen hot chocolate with a touch of caramel. It’s so delicious that I’m trying to limit how often I have it because it’s quite high in calories! The service was good and surprisingly fast, even though they had a few other customers. So thanks for the calories—now I either have to walk a few miles or dance the night away!
As for vegetarian options, I believe they can accommodate you. One of the staff members made me a sausage wrap with avocado spread, and I don't even need eggs!
I am a regular customer at the Dunkin' in Hazlet, NJ, on Route 36. As a decaf coffee drinker, I've noticed that 9 out of 10 times, my coffee is either not fresh or almost stale. Each time I place my order, I ask if the decaf is fresh, and I’m always assured that it is, but it rarely is. Additionally, I find it frustrating that a medium coffee with oat milk and caramel costs over $2.78.
I’m curious why, on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., the doors were locked and I couldn’t enter the lobby. I drive a large truck and can’t fit through the drive-thru, which seems like a great way to lose customers. I grew up in this area, and because of this inconvenience, I won’t be returning to that restaurant again. Poor management!

I went there this morning and I ordered an iced tea and the iced tea was sour no matter how much sugar I added to it it was awful literally the worst I've ever had from Dunkin' donuts if I could give zero Stars I
