We used the drive-thru, and while the staff was patient and helpful, there was a mix-up with my order. I asked for a vanilla iced latte but was given a vanilla iced coffee with milk, which didn’t seem right. When I questioned it, the employee doubted if something was wrong and explained what an iced latte is before taking my drink back. He then added more iced coffee and returned it to me, representing it as the original order. It was frustrating that he assumed I didn’t know what I ordered and tried to pass off a changed drink as the real thing. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be coming back. Be cautious with your orders here!
I love using the Dunkin' app because it makes ordering on the go so convenient, but what really stands out are the people. The staff always greet me with a smile and remember me by name. I barely have to say anything when I walk in—they just say, "Oh, Richard, your order is ready, come on in!" The service is incredibly fast and enjoyable!
The coffee, bagels, and donuts here are wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the mini bagels with cream cheese—truly delightful! The restaurant has a spacious atmosphere, and the service is exceptionally quick.

Excellent service! My orders are always delicious and correct. The staff is consistently friendly and polite. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' location to go to.
The food arrived freezing cold, and even after I returned it, it was still cold. Additionally, the woman at the register had a rude attitude, which I found unpleasant.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is exceptionally clean and well-kept! The donuts and munchkins were fresh, and the coffee was great as well. The service was excellent!
I experienced a rude attitude from the person at the drive-through window around 8:30 PM on Friday, August 27. He appeared to be upset.
