I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The sandwich was unsatisfactory, the bagel was rock-hard, and the donut was stale. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate, but it turned out to be more like a soupy mess, which was really disappointing. I felt like I wasted my $12. Furthermore, I noticed an employee using the same pair of gloves to prepare food, handle cash, and even touch the trash without changing them, which was concerning. The service was quite disappointing overall, and I also had to wait about 15 minutes due to the lack of staff.
For the past three weeks, I've been stopping by this place at least three times a week, always ordering the same iced coffee. Today, I placed the same order, but to my surprise, I received a hot coffee instead. When I pointed out that I had ordered iced, the barista insisted that I hadn’t, and he didn’t even offer to correct the order. Instead, he continued cleaning while I stood there for two minutes in shock, realizing he had no intention of fixing it. The guy is unfriendly and quite rude. This was my last visit.
The seating area is comfortable, ideal for enjoying a hot drink and warming up after more than an hour spent in the rain at a kids' soccer game. My drink was prepared quickly and exactly as ordered—simple and perfect. However, the seating space could be cleaned more thoroughly between customers.
Terrible customer service. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. The staff were rude during my visit on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM on July 16, 2022.

The food is typical of what you’d expect from Dunkin’. Usually, there’s just one employee working who often has their AirPods in and doesn’t wear gloves.
